Add/Delete Users From Eligibility File

The Eligibility File is one in which the Admin gets access to all the user details of the registered and the unregistered users of the Wellness program, who are a part of that company.  From the User Eligibility File page, the admin can make any needed changes to the user details. The admin can add new users to this Eligibility file and register them under the Wellness program. Also, each user row has icon options on the right to edit and update the user details, or to delete/terminate the user accounts, depending on the requirement. Furthermore, there are also options to send or resend registration emails to specific or all users.

 

Adding Users to the Eligibility File - The administrators or the employer with admin access to the wellness platform can add one or more users at a time. While a single user can be added at the click of a button, multiple users must be added by uploading the details via an Excel sheet or CSV file. While the Excel sheet has a set format for adding user details to the Eligibility file which must not be altered, it can be customized in the .csv format to add more fields. Delete Users From The Eligibility File – The admin or the employer with admin access to the wellness platform can delete one or more users at a time. While a single user can be deleted at the click of a button, multiple users must be terminated by uploading the details via a CSV file. Unregistered users can be deleted individually, whereas registered users will be terminated. - Know More about Deleting Users

 

Updating User Details In The Eligibility File – Unlike adding a completely new user, you can also edit and make a few changes to the details of the existing user accounts. It is not possible to change the Employee ID, username, or email ID of the existing user, as they are unique to every user. The admin or the employer with admin access to the wellness platform can update the information of one or more users at a time. While the data of a single user can be updated at the click of a button, information of multiple users must be updated in a CSV file. - Know More about Updating Users
