The Eligibility File is the page for which the admin has all the access and provision to make any needed changes to the user details. The admin can add new users to this Eligibility file and register them under the Wellness program. Also, each user row has icon options on the right to edit the user details or to delete or terminate the user accounts, depending on the requirement. Furthermore, there are also options to send or resend emails to specific or all users.
⇒ Add Users To The Eligibility File – This option is to add new users to the Eligibility file. The admin can add new users by navigating to the Eligibility File page and select the +Employee button.
⇒ Delete Users From The Eligibility File – To delete a user account from the Eligibility File, the admin will have to find the user whose account has to be deleted from the list and click on the Delete icon on the right of the user details row. Once the user account has been deleted, the action cannot be undone.
⇒ Editing User Details In The Eligibility File – To edit the information of a user account, the admin will have to find the user record, and click on the Edit icon at the right corner of the user details row. Upon clicking this icon, the admin can make the needed changes to the user information and update it accordingly.
