The Samsung Health app can be used to track activity and nutrition data.
Data from Samsung Health (previously SHealth) app can be directly synced with Wellness360 from the MyHealthPlus mobile app on android devices by following these steps -
Step 1 – Check if your Samsung account is connected to your Wellness account. You can check this from the Activity section on the dashboard or from the Apps and Devices section.
Step 2 – Open your Samsung Health app. Tap on the 3 dots at the top right and choose Settings.
Step 3 – Tap on Data Permissions
Step 4 – Select the MyHealthPlus app
Step 5 – Enable all permissions for accurate syncing of data.
6. If the data is still not matching, then go back to the MyHealthPlus app.
7. From the Activity section on the adashboard, choose the date for which you want to sync the data using the calendar. Tapping the sync icon by the side of the calendar to manually sync the activity data.
The activity data from the Samsung Health app will start syncing with your MyHealthPlus app.
