Along with promoting health and wellness, the goal of our Wellness program is to make it a fun process wherein the participants enjoy taking up and completing the activities. And, organizing challenges are one such way of not just promoting wellness, but also make the workplace more fun and a more social venue. As a part of the Wellness360 program, the admin has the authority to create challenges for the users, edit the details of the challenge if needed, and manage the challenges.
The admin can create a new challenge, edit the existing ones, or manage all the challenges from the CHALLENGES section of the admin portal, to reach which they have to navigate as –
ADMIN PORTAL > PROGRAMS > CHALLENGES
In this page, the admin can have a quick glimpse of the various ACTIVE challenges, the UPCOMING challenges, and the completed challenges, along with their statistics. Also, the admin can choose to view the challenges by sorting them out as – ALL challenges, only ADMIN challenges, or only USER challenges. When enabled, only the challenges that fall under these categories will show up on the CHALLENGES page.
By clicking on +START A CHALLENGE button, the admin can start creating a new challenge.
By clicking on the CHALLENGE INFORMATION under each challenge, the details of the challenge will be displayed. Also, there is a provision to DOWNLOAD the reports in regard to each challenge besides the challenge itself.
