The entire enrollment process requires a few steps to put your employees into the wellness program. Here is a quick glance of the enrollment events –
A launch email with the custom URL redirecting to the landing page of the wellness program will be sent to the eligible employees by the employer.
The landing page will be customized with the company’s logo on it and will have all the elements that will help the user enroll in the wellness program.
Upon entering the needed demographic details on the sign-up page of the wellness program and submitting it along with the group key, a wellness account will be created that helps login and gives access to start the wellness program on the Wellness 360 platform.
This successful signing up implies successful enrollment into the wellness program. A confirmation email will be sent to the users, and their statistics will start getting recorded in the dashboard.
