Once the admin or the employees enroll successfully under the wellness program, they will receive an automated On-boarding email that is customized to contain the user’s basic credentials, along with the URL to sign in and the program guidelines. This On-boarding email is more about acquainting the user with the basic run-about of the Wellness program like connecting your fitness device, setting up your profile, setting up your everyday health and fitness goals, adding your friends, etc. Only with an onboarding email, the registered users will be notified that they have been enrolled under the Wellness program, along with the guidelines to start and proceed with the program.


 

Once the employees are enrolled, they will all have to start by filling in the individual On-boarding checklist in their user account dashboards, and by completing each activity, the users can earn reward points. They will have to complete the standardized health risk assessment (HRA) set up their personal profile, set up the daily goals, connect a fitness device or tracker, and add up to 5 friends, all of which will earn them a few rewards points. The admin can set the reward points for the completion of each section, and the employees will have their points accumulated into their user accounts upon the successful completion of each section. The admin can check which user has completed which Onboard activity or not.
