Once the monthly or quarterly report is generated as per the requirement, it will show an array of assorted data that include the outcomes of the various assessments based on different parameters. Here is a sneak peek into what information is included in the generated reports.
⇒ Overall Assessments – Right from the total number of registered users from the time of introducing the wellness program to the employees, to a thorough wellness check and other progressive details of the program, these overall assessment details give an idea of the following factors –
Registered Users – The number of users who have been enrolled under the wellness program from the day of starting the program until the day of generating the reports, along with the percentage of the users who have registered for the program in that specific month, are represented in this section of the report.
Heath Risk Assessments – The percentage of users who have completed their HRA from the start of that specific year until the date of generating the reports are represented, along with the data of how many have completed the HRA in that specific month alone are shown in the reports.
Wellness Check - The percentage of users who have completed their Wellness Check from the start of that specific year until the date of generating the reports are represented, along with the data of how many have completed their wellness check-in that specific month alone are shown in the reports.
Online Courses - The percentage of users who have taken up online courses from the start of that specific year until the date of generating the reports are represented, along with the data of how many have taken up online courses in that specific month alone are shown in the reports
⇒ Engagement Reports – The portion of registered users who are actively participating in the wellness program, along with the percentage of the ones who are inactive, and what fraction of users are involved in 3 - 4 activities, or 5 - 7 activities, etc., and other activity details of the users are represented in this generated report also. These results help in working towards promoting better engagement amongst the users and to improve their wellness.
⇒ Reward Summary – The rewards are to appreciate the hard work and efforts put in by the participants, and to encourage them to move ahead with their wellness activities and challenges. This section shows how much wellness rewards have been earned, how many people have earned their wellness rewards, how much wellness rewards have been redeemed, how many participants have redeemed their wellness rewards, etc., for the current program year and for that specific month when the reports are generated. These reward points are calculated depending on various levels of wellness activities completed by them.
⇒ Points Overview – The admin has the control over defining a certain number of points for each wellness activity like completion of HRA, Biometrics, each online course, etc., and every time an activity is completed successfully, those specific number of points will be allocated to that specific user for that specific activity completion. So the overall points that have been earned from the specific tasks are sorted out in this section for the previous month, the current month, and for that year until the date of generating the report.
⇒ Redeemed Rewards – Along with the points that have been earned, the number of points that have been redeemed as rewards by the users – either in the form of a gift card or for a merchandise offer are shown in this section.
⇒ Membership Overview – The overall enrolled users along with the categorized data of how many employees, their spouses or dependents, how many male and female employees, how many male and female spouses or dependents in the program, are also listed out in this section.
⇒ Activity Overview – An overview of the entire activity of the wellness program including how many have taken up their online courses, how many have completed them, how many have completed their HRA and other preventive tests, how many fitness activities and challenges are being taken up and completed successfully, how many users have connected their fitness devices, etc., are all mentioned in this section, which are categorized as the total eligible members and the number of actual participants, the overall percentage of engagement along with the engagement in the previous month and the increase until the current month, the number of eligible employees only and the engagement percentage of the employees only, etc.
⇒ Wellness Risk Results – The most recent summarized data of the overall HRA results including the outcomes of the various Biometric Risk Factors, Lifestyle Risk Factors, Medical Conditions, the Physician’s lab results, the fitness assessment of the employees and their spouses, along with the aggregate data of these outcomes for the employees alone are represented in these sections.
⇒ Reference Data – For common man, it is not easy to understand the range of risk factor levels and other medical result ranges. So, we put up the Risk Group Definitions tabular column that shows the basic risk factor levels of various Biometric and Lifestyle-based risk factors, for the convenience of the admin and the user, to have a better assessment of their health and wellness.
