Modified on Thu, Sep 5 at 9:11 PM

Note: The most common reason for pages not displaying correctly is a problem with your browser cache. All browsers will generally have caching turned on - the purpose of caching is to decrease page load time, which is supposed to improve the user experience. In certain circumstances, however, browser caching can cause the opposite.

Please see below for instructions on how to clear your browser cache.

If you're using Google Chrome, please follow the below steps:
  1. Click the  menu in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Delete Browsing Data...

  3. A Delete browsing data window will open. Select the Basic tab.
  4. Set the time range to All time, and tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Press  and allow the process to complete.

If you're using Safari browser, please follow the below steps:

1. Select Safari > Preferences.

2. Open the Privacy tab and select Manage Website Data.

3. In the new window, press Remove All.

4. Close out of the Preferences window.
