To sign in to the Admin portal after the first access, you will have to go to the Sign In page of the Admin portal, and enter your email ID or username along with your password to log in successfully. Every time you need to access the Admin panel, this is how you need to log in to the admin portal.
- Forgot Username - If you do not remember your registered username, you will have to contact your account manager or the Wellness360 support team for the needed assistance.
- Forgot Password - If you do not remember your password, you can click on “Forgot Password” in the Sign In page of the Admin portal, and an email with a temporary password will be sent to your registered email ID. However, it is necessary for you to use your correct username to sign in with the temporary password in order to reset your new password. Once you login using the temporary password, you can navigate to Settings (top right corner) > Change Password and make the needed changes.
