Admin Access To HRA Reports

Although the user gets to see the detailed report of their individual HRA evaluation, the admin can only have a summarized report of all the registered users. The admin cannot have the details of the individual user’s HRA, but only the average stats of all the employees who have filled in their complete HRA questionnaire with a Wellness score successfully generated for them. To access these summarized HRA reports of the users, the admin has to log in from the admin portal and navigate to the left side panel of the dashboard to find REPORTS.

From the REPORTS section, the admin can access the various average statistics of all the registered employees.

1. ACTIVITIES – Shows the average ACTIVITIES of the total users, categorized as males, females, and as per age, in a few needed sections, including the – 

• Total Active Participants

• Total Activity Minutes Spent By The Employees.

• Activity Log Breakdown

• Activity Tracker

• Nutritional Breakdown

2. HEALTH – The average BIOMETRICS of the total users, also categorized as males and females, including the -

• The average well-being details of total users.

• The average blood pressure

• The average BMI

• The average Glucose levels

• The average cholesterol levels

• The average tobacco users

• The average nutritional levels

• The average exercise levels.

3.  HRA REPORTS – In the HRA Reports section, the admin can have a quick glance at all the user entries who have participated in the HRA evaluation, had their Wellness score generated successfully, and completed the HRA activity. The entries can be sorted out depending on the time frame at which the HRA of a specific user or users was recorded. This kind of data is primarily useful to study the user engagement in the Wellness program, like to know how many users of all the registered employees have successfully completed their HRA activity, etc., and to help promote the awareness of HRA amongst the users who have not yet completed the activity. The needed HRA reports data can be downloaded from this page in the form of an Excel sheet by clicking on the download icon at the top left.
