From the dashboard of the admin portal in the Reports section, the admin has access to almost every possible outcome of the various wellness activities that helps understand the program performance based on the analytics and metrics. Here is a quick look-see into the various reports and metrics that the admin can view from the Reports section.



1. ACTIVITY METRICS – This section gives the aggregate reports of the outcomes in regard to the activities done by the participants in the wellness program, and these reports can be downloaded from the respective sections accordingly. Here are the various sections in the ACTIVITIES page of the REPORTS field.

  • Date Fields – The date range as in from which date to which date you need to view the analytics and metrics of the user activities can be set in the calendar, and all the activity outcomes in that date scope will be displayed underneath accordingly in the page.
  • Active Participation – Be it the number of total active participants for the day, the total activity minutes, average active minutes per active participant on a daily basis, categorized based on the gender and age, will be displayed in this section.
  • Activity Log Breakdown – The overall activity breakdown is logged in minutes, and this gives an idea of which activity is being performed more by the participants. Be it walking, running, yoga, or others, the entire activity log breakdown is recorded in minutes and graphically displayed in this section.
  • Activity Device Tracker –The percentage of how many fitness devices like Fitbit, SHealth, etc., are being used to log the activities or the percentage of manual updating is represented in this section.
  • Nutritional Breakdown – The nutritional breakdown of the participants that is reported as the average percentage intake of carbs, proteins, and fat whose data is logged in by the users is graphically represented in this section, and they are categorized depending on the age range.




2.  HEALTH METRICS - This section gives the aggregate reports of the outcomes in regard to the health and overall well-being conditions of the participants in the wellness program, categorized based on the total values and gender-based. These reports can be downloaded from the respective sections accordingly. Here are the various sections in the HEALTH page of the REPORTS field.

  • Date Fields – The date range as in from which date to which date you need to view the analytics and metrics of the user’s health and overall wellness can be set in the calendar, and all the related outcomes in that date scope will be displayed underneath accordingly in the page.
  • Age Range – Right beside the date range field is the dropdown to select the age range of the users. When the age range is selected, all the relevant data to the various factors in the page beneath will be shown as an aggregate value specifically for the users who fall in the chosen age-range.
  • Overall Well-Being – The next section shows the data for the overall well-being of the users that is represented by the low, moderate, or high-risk HRA possibilities, categorized and shown graphically as percentage values for the total participants, for males, and females. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete HRA results or any missing biometric data.
  • Blood Pressure – The graphical reports of the average blood pressure levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in the low, moderate, and high-risk categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete HRA results or any missing biometric data.
  • BMI - The graphical reports of the average Body Mass Index (BMI) levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in the low, moderate, and high-risk categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete HRA results or any missing biometric data.
  • Glucose Levels - The graphical reports of the average body glucose levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in the low, moderate, and high-risk categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete HRA results or any missing biometric data.
  • Cholesterol Levels – The graphical reports of the average body cholesterol levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in the low, moderate, and high-risk categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete HRA results or any missing biometric data.
  • Tobacco – The graphical reports of the average tobacco-related habits and risks of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in the low, moderate, and high-risk categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete HRA results or any missing biometric data.
  • Nutrition – The graphical reports of the average nutritional levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in the low, moderate, and high-risk categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete HRA results or any missing biometric data.
  • Exercise – The graphical reports of the average exercise and physical activity levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in the low, moderate, and high-risk categories. 3.  FINANCIAL HEALTH METRICS - This section gives the aggregate reports of the outcomes in regard to the financial health and overall finance-related conditions of the participants in the wellness program, categorized based on the total values and gender-based. These reports can be downloaded from the respective sections accordingly. Here are the various sections in the FINANCIAL HEALTH page of the REPORTS field.

  • Date Fields – The date range as in from which date to which date you need to view the analytics and metrics of the user’s financial health can be set in the calendar, and all the related outcomes in that date scope will be displayed underneath accordingly in the page.
  • Overall Financial Health – This section shows the data for the overall financial health and the risk factor possibility of the users that is represented by the excellent, good, and need improvement categories, categorized and shown graphically as percentage values for the total participants, for males, and females. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete or missing data relevant to analyze the financial health of the users.
  • Income/Budget – The graphical reports of the average budgeting and income levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in excellent, good, and need improvement categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete or missing data relevant to analyze the financial health of the users.
  • Savings - The graphical reports of the average savings levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in excellent, good, and need improvement categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete or missing data relevant to analyze the financial health of the users.
  • Debt - The graphical reports of the average debt levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in excellent, good, and need improvement categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete or missing data relevant to analyze the financial health of the users.
  • Retirement - The graphical reports of the average retirement planning levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in excellent, good, and need improvement categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete or missing data relevant to analyze the financial health of the users.
  • Credit History - The graphical reports of the average credit score record levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in excellent, good, and need improvement categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete or missing data relevant to analyze the financial health of the users.
  • Planning - The graphical reports of the average overall financial planning levels of the active participants categorized as the total number and gender-based, falling in excellent, good, and need improvement categories. The unknown data is either because of the incomplete or missing data relevant to analyze the financial health of the users.



4. HRA REPORTSThis section gives the reports in regard to how many participants and which of them have taken up the HRA activity, the status of how many have completed it and how many have not completed it yet, across the employee ID & name of the user along with the date on which the HRA activity was started. The admin can select the year for which the data is needed from the dropdown present above, and the report can be downloaded by clicking on the download icon at the top left corner.



5. CUSTOM ACTIVITY REPORTS - This section gives the aggregate reports of the outcomes in regard to the customized activity results that are chosen by the admin for the users. These reports can be generated either as an aggregate report or as a detailed report for a specific year to be chosen from the dropdown there.

  • The aggregate report shows the details in regard to the – employee ID, employee name, the number of required activities, the number of optional activities, and if there are any complaints. 
  • On the other hand, the detailed report shows the details of the employee ID, employee name, the type of activity, if it is optional or not, the activity assigned date, the due date, and the date of completion, along with the status of activity completion.




6. ONLINE COURSE REPORTS – This section gives the aggregate reports of the outcomes in regard to the online course enrollment and completion results as assigned by the admin for the users. These reports can be generated either as an aggregate report for a specific year to be chosen from the dropdown there, or as individual reports to know when user-specific details of which user had taken which course, when it was started, when the session was completed, the core sessions that have been completed, and other details. However, in the page itself, the reports in regard to the employee ID, employee name, the online course taken up by them, the activity date, and the status of completion is displayed.
