How to Create Location/Group-based Team Challenges?

The admin has the authority to create and set up a challenge for the company employees who have enrolled for the Wellness program.

Team challenges can be created based on the location of the employees or by dividing the workforce into certain groups.

Location-based Team Challenges: This type of team challenge can be created for employees from a certain location. For example, an organization has its workplaces in multiple locations, and the team challenge for a specific location can be created.

Group-based Team Challenges: This type of team challenge can be created for employees from a certain working department, gender-based groups, age-based groups, and likewise.

Creating Location/Group-based Team Challenges

1. Create the new team challenge as mentioned in the link above.

2. Click on the ‘Create Team for User’ tab across the Challenge record.

3. Enter the location or group name in the Team Name, give a relevant description for the team challenge, and click on ‘SAVE’.

4. Once these details are saved, the challenge will be visible to the users on their Challenge page or user dashboard.

5. The users can click on ‘Enroll’ across the team challenge to enroll for it.
