How to enroll in a Team Challenge as an User?

Participating in a Team Challenge is an effective way to connect with colleagues and support each other’s wellness goals. Follow these steps below to join a challenge—either by creating your own team or joining an existing one.

Steps to Enroll 

1. Access the Challenges Page
   Navigate to the Social section and select the Upcoming tab on the Challenges page.
   
   
2. Select a Challenge
   Click Enroll next to the challenge you wish to join.
   
   
3. Choose or Create a Team

   • Join an Existing Team: If team creation is disabled or you prefer an available team, select the team from the drop-down menu and click Enroll Now.
     
     
     

   • Create a Team: If team creation is enabled, toggle ON Create Team, enter a Team Name and Description, then click Enroll Now. Your new team will be created and you will be enrolled automatically.

     
     
     
     

4. Confirm Enrollment
   The challenge will appear under your Active tab once enrollment is complete.
