A Team Challenge motivates users to stay active by collaborating on various fitness activities and fostering camaraderie. Follow the steps below to create one in your Wellness360 Admin Portal.
1. Log in to the Admin Portal
Access your organization’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.
Enter your credentials and click Login.
2. Access the Challenges Section
From the left-side menu, click Programs, then Challenges.
On the Challenges page, click the +Create Challenge button.
3. Select a Predefined Challenge
Choose any category (Fitness, Target, Stick to Habit, Virtual Journey).
Select a predefined challenge template.
Predefined challenges come with ready-made goals, themes, and descriptions.
4. Review & Update Challenge Details
Challenge Title: Keep or change the predefined name.
Description: Provide a short summary or instructions.
Points: Toggle Yes or No. If Yes, enter points.
Prize: Toggle Yes or No. If Yes, describe the prize.
Challenge Type:
Individual: Participants enroll individually.
Team: Teams can be user-created or admin-assigned.
User Created Team: Participants can create or join teams after enrolling.
Admin Created Team: Once the challenge is created, the admin can form teams through Preview and Manage.
Set Maximum Team Size: Toggle this option to set the maximum number of participants per team.
Challenge Header: Choose or upload an image for the challenge dashboard, then click Next.
Challenge Thumbnail: Choose or upload an image for the challenge card (Active, Upcoming, Completed), then click Next.
Configure Challenge Mode: Adjust mode settings as needed.
Enrollment & Challenge Dates: Set the periods for enrollment, start, and end dates.
Review all details and click Create Challenge.
5. Creating Teams
Once created, find the challenge in Active or Upcoming.
Click the challenge or go to 3 dots > Preview.
Click Manage Team > Create Team.
Enter Team Name and Team Description, then Create Team.
Under Manage Team tab, you can:
Remove the Team: Deletes the entire team.
Modify Details: Change team name/description.
Manage Team: View team members and switch members between teams.
6. Adding Team Members
Go to Manage Participants to add or remove participants.
Add Participant:
Click Add Participant and search for the user.
Select a team from the dropdown and click Add.
Remove Participant:
Under Manage Participants, click the 3 dots next to a participant and choose Remove.
Once teams are set and participants are added, they can start participating when the challenge begins. The leaderboard will display team scores, and participants can view their team members.
