Creating a Stick to Habit Challenge

A Stick to Habit challenge encourages participants to stay consistent by responding to daily or one-time tasks. 


Use the steps below to create one in your Wellness360 Admin Portal.


1. Log in to the Admin Portal

  • Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.

  • Enter your credentials and click Login.

2. Access the Challenges Section

  • From the left menu, click Programs, then Challenges.

  • On the Challenges page, click the +Create Challenge button.


3. Select a Predefined Challenge

  • Choose Stick to Habit from the available categories (Fitness Streak, Stick to Habit, Miscellaneous, Virtual Journey).

  • Pick a relevant template (e.g., “Avoid the Elevator”) and click Select Challenge.

  • Predefined challenges include ready-made goals, themes, and descriptions.


4. Customize the Challenge Details

  • Challenge Title: Keep the default title or modify it.

  • Description: Provide brief instructions or a summary.

  • Points:
    • Toggle Yes to award points.
    • Specify the number of points to be awarded for achieving goals.
  • Prize:
    • Toggle Yes if you wish to offer a prize.
    • Describe the prize for the winners.


5. Choose the Challenge Type

  • Individual: Each participant competes individually.

  • Team: Teams can be user-created or admin-assigned.

6. Add Visual Elements

  • Challenge Header: Appears at the top of the challenge dashboard. Choose or upload an image, then click Next.

  • Challenge Thumbnail: Appears on the challenge card (Active, Upcoming, Completed). Choose or upload an image, then click Next.

7. Configure the Stick to Habit Mode

  • Question: Define what you want participants to answer each day or as a one-time prompt.

  • Preferred Answer & Other Answer: The preferred answer counts towards challenge completion.

  • Question Frequency: Set it to One Time Only or Daily (Every day of the challenge).

  • Set Goal: Default is 100% completion (e.g., answer correctly for all challenge days). Adjust to another percentage if desired (e.g., 80%).

8. Set Challenge Dates & Enrollment

  • Enrollment Dates: Toggle to specify when participants can join.

  • Challenge Dates: Set the start and end dates for the challenge.

  • Enrollment Type:

    • Open: Available to all users by default.

    • Closed: Restricted to selected user groups.

9. Create the Challenge

  • Review all the settings.

  • Click Create.

  • The challenge will appear under Upcoming Challenges if it hasn’t started, or Active Challenges if it’s live.

10. Preview, Edit, or Delete the Challenge

  • After creation, go to Active or Upcoming Challenges to preview.

  • Modify or delete the challenge if needed.
