How Can I Contact Customer Support?

Wellness360 empowers you to take charge of your well-being with our user-friendly web platform and Wellness360 mobile app. While these tools are designed for easy navigation, we understand questions may arise.


For your convenience, our comprehensive support portal offers solutions to many common issues encountered throughout the program.  Simply browse the portal or search by keywords to find answers quickly.


If you can't find the answer you're looking for, or need more help, please reach out to your Wellness program administrator at your organization or our dedicated support team is also here to help. You can easily submit a support ticket through Our Portal, or reach out to us directly via email.

 

Contact via the support portal:


1. Open the Wellness360 Support page - Click here.


2. Login with your Wellness360 account credentials.


3. Click on 'Submit a ticket’ to raise a new ticket for an issue.


4. Enter your registered email ID under requester, the subject, and describe the issue. Attach any files, if needed, for a better understanding of the issue.


5. 'Submit' your ticket to the support team.


6. Click on 'Check Ticket Status' to know the progress of your support ticket.

    1. You can send an email to support@wellness360.co.

    2. Your email should include the following details: 

  • Your name

  • Company name

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Information about what you have already done to overcome the issue.

  • Any screenshots or attachments that are relevant to the issue.
