How to Create an Announcement

An announcement helps convey important updates, upcoming events, or reminders to all users in the Wellness Program. Administrators can create announcements from the Admin Portal to keep everyone informed.


1. Log in to the Admin Portal

  • Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.

  • Enter your credentials and click Login.

2. Go to the Announcements Page

  • From the left menu, select Programs, then Activities to open the main Activities page.

  • Click Announcements to view the existing announcements.



3. Create an Announcement

  • On the Announcements page, click +CREATE ANNOUNCEMENT at the top right.

4. Enter Announcement Details

  • Title: Provide a concise title (visible on user dashboards).

  • Description: Include the main message or details you want to share.

  • Start Date: The date from which users will see the announcement.



  • End Date: The date until which the announcement will remain visible.

  • Upload Announcement Banner:

    • Choose a preset banner or Upload custom banner (click Choose File to upload).



  • Adding a Link to the Announcement:

    • Toggle Yes to include a link.

    • Choose Announcement Image to make the announcement banner clickable, or A Specific Button, then name the button for users to access the link.


5. Save the Announcement

  • After entering all required details, click Save.

  • Your announcement appears in the list, showing:

    • Title

    • Start & End Dates

    • Status:

      • Live: The announcement is currently visible to users.

      • Completed: The announcement has expired after the end date.

    • Icons to Preview, Modify, or Delete.


    • On clicking Preview, you can view the Announcement created as shown below.
    • The Modify option can be used to edit the Announcement, similar to creating it.

    • Delete option will lead to the below pop-up. On clicking Delete again, the announcement will be deleted, and it cannot be undone.


6. Announcement Visibility to Users

  • On the Start Date, the announcement’s title displays on each user’s dashboard.

  • Users can click the announcement title to read its full details.

  • The announcement remains visible until the End Date, after which it’s no longer shown.
