Controlling how users sign up keeps your program secure and aligned with company policies.
Follow this step‑by‑step guide to configure Enrollment settings in your Wellness360 Admin Portal.
Access the Setup Section
Navigate to Setup.
In the Onboarding list, find Company Information and click Complete Now.
Configure Registration Settings
On the Company Settings page, select Enrollment.
Choose a registration type:
Open Registration – Users can sign up on their own via one of these methods:
Group Key – Users enter a key you supply (you can change it anytime).
Single Sign‑On (SSO) – Users log in through an SSO provider.
Email Domain – Only addresses from specified domains (comma‑separated) may register.
URL Domain – Access must originate from a designated URL domain.
Closed Registration – Access is restricted to:
Group Key – A key is required to register.
URL Domain – Only users coming from a specified domain may register.
Customize Registration Fields
Click Create Custom Field and pick the fields you want to appear on the user portal.
In the fields list, use the two check‑columns as needed:
VAE (Validate Against Eligibility File) – User‑provided data (e.g., Employee ID, DOB) must match the eligibility file.
Required – Makes the field mandatory during registration.
Save the Changes
Click Save to apply all settings.
Your new enrollment configuration now governs how users register and which details they must supply, ensuring a controlled and secure onboarding process for your company.
