How to add a Distribution list to a Challenge in Admin V2?

A distribution list helps you control who can enroll in a challenge by restricting access to a specific group of users. This is especially useful for targeted wellness initiatives. Follow the steps below to add a distribution list to a challenge.


Steps to Add a Distribution List to a Challenge


Note: Distribution lists can only be used with Closed Enrollment type challenges, not Open Enrollment.


  1. Ensure the distribution list is already created and Navigate to the Challenges page under the Programs section.

  2. Locate the challenge to which you want to add the distribution list and Click on the three vertical dots icon and select Modify.


  3. In the pop-up window that appears, scroll down and click Next.

  4. On the next screen (within the same pop-up), scroll down to find the Enrollment Type section.


  5. Select Closed Enrollment as the enrollment type.

  6. Then, you'll be provided with a Distribution list option/dropdown, allowing you to select from the list of created distribution lists.


  7. The list names mentioned in the above image are for understanding purposes. Please choose your appropriate distribution list and click Update.


Once saved, only users within the selected distribution list will be able to enroll in that challenge.
