The Eligibility File is one in which the Admin gets access to all the user details of the registered and the unregistered users of the Wellness program, who are a part of that company. It is mandatory for the users to enter a few basic details without fail, as these data get fetched into the Eligibility File of the admin portal. The mandatory information includes –
⇒ Employee Id – The ID given by the employer to the employee.
⇒ Employee Type – The type of Wellness program availed by the employee
- Type E – If only the Employee is seeking the Wellness Program.
- Type S – If the employee and spouse are seeking the Wellness Program.
⇒ The Names – The first and the last name of the user.
⇒ Gender – Gender of the user - M for Male; F for Female.
⇒ DOB – Date Of Birth of the user for more accurate statistics.
⇒ Email Id – The registered email ID of the user to which the registration email is sent.
There are many other fields in the Eligibility file which need user information like the location, department, address, etc. But it is not as mandatory as the above-mentioned fields, and they will be left blank if no data has been fed in those fields.
The admin has the provisions to edit, delete, or terminate any of the user accounts by selecting the specific user and make the needed changes as per the need. Also, there are options to send a mail or resend a mail to selected users or to send an automatic registration email to all the users.
