MyFitnessPal cannot be connected directly to the Wellness360 platform or the MyHealthPlus app. It has to be connected through Google Fit, or Apple HealthKit. Wellness360 will extract all the activity data from Google Fit or Apple Healthkit to sync it with the wellness platform or the MyHealthPlus app.

 

Connect with Google Fit:


1. Open the MyFitnessPal app on the android phone.

2. Tap the Menu bar to find ‘Apps and Devices.

3. Scroll to find ‘Google Fit’ and connect it

4, Confirm permissions.


MyFitnessPal > Apps and Devices > GoogleFit > Connect


Connect your Wellness360 (MyHealthPlus) account with Google Fit, to get connected and for the data to sync with the platform. 

  • Install the MyHealthPlus app on your android phone.

  • Devices > Toggle GoogleFit to enable it.

  • Confirm permissions.

Connect with Apple Healthkit:


1. Open the MyFitnessPal app on the iPhone.

2. Go to ‘Settings’ > Sharing & Privacy > Healthkit Sharing

3. Confirm permissions to enable data sync of MyFitnessPal and Apple Healthkit.


MyFitnessPal > Settings > Sharing & Privacy > Healthkit Sharing > Connect

 

Connect your Wellness360 (MyHealthPlus) account with Apple Healthkit, to get connected and for the data to sync with the platform. 

  • Launch the MyHealthPlus app on your iPhone.

  • Devices > Turn on Healthkit Sharing.

  • Confirm permissions to enable data sync of Apple Healthkit and MyHealthPlus app.
