How Do I Sync MyFitnessPal With Wellness360?

MyFitnessPal cannot be linked directly to the Wellness360 Web Platform or Mobile App. It has to be synced with Google Fit or Apple HealthKit to be connected with Wellness360. Wellness360 will extract all the activity data from Google Fit or Apple Healthkit to sync it with the Wellness360 Web Platform or the Mobile App.


Sync MyFitnessPal with Google Fit or Apple Healthkit


Sync with Google Fit:

  • Open The MyFitnessPal app on the Android phone.

  • Tap the menu bar to find ‘Apps and Devices.

  • Scroll to find ‘Google Fit’ and connect it

  • Confirm permissions.

MyFitnessPal > Apps and Devices > GoogleFit > Connect


Connect your Wellness360 portal account or Wellness360 mobile app with Google Fit for the data to sync with the platform. 

  • Launch the Wellness360 app on your Android phone.

  • Devices > Turn on GoogleFit Sharing.

  • Confirm permissions.

         Check here if you have trouble syncing Google Fit with your wellness account. 

 

Sync with Apple Healthkit:

  • Open The MyFitnessPal app on the iPhone.

  • Go to ‘Settings’ > Sharing & Privacy > Healthkit Sharing

  • Confirm permissions to enable data sync of MyFitnessPal and Apple Healthkit.

 

Connect your Wellness360 account with Apple Healthkit, for the data to sync with the platform. 

  • Launch the Wellness360 app on your iPhone.

  • Click on the 'More' icon which is at the bottom right of the dashboard.

  • Find Apps and Devices look for Apple Healthkit and toggle it to green.

  • Confirm permissions to enable data sync of Apple Healthkit and Wellness360 mobile app.

         Check here if you have trouble syncing Apple Healthkit with your wellness account.



Check The Time Zone Setting

If the right time zone is not set on the Wellness360 portal, it may cause data syncing issues with your fitness device or app. Recheck your set time zone by following these steps -


  • Wellness360 Mobile App

    1. Tap on the More icon from the right bottom of the dashboard.

    2. Find Settings > My Account and scroll down to find > Time zone.

    3. Select your correct Time Zone from the drop-down and click on Save Changes.

    1. Click on User Settings (profile icon) in the upper right corner

    2. Click Settings.

    3. Save the right Time Zone on the Personal Details page.


    User Settings > Settings > Personal information > Under Account Details > Time zone
