How to Connect MyFitnessPal to Wellness360 through Health Connect

Syncing your nutrition data from MyFitnessPal to Wellness360 via Health Connect ensures seamless tracking of your dietary intake. Follow the steps below to set up the connection and view your nutrition data.


Connect MyFitnessPal to Health Connect

  1. Open the MyFitnessPal app on your mobile device.

  2. Log in to your MyFitnessPal account.

  3. Tap on the More option located at the bottom right corner of the screen.



  4. Select Apps & Devices from the list.

  5. Locate and tap on Health Connect.

  6. Click on the Connect option.


  7. Ensure you allow all permissions while connecting.


  8. Once connected, navigate back to the Connected Apps section.

  9. Health Connect should now be listed among the connected apps.



View and Track Nutrition Data from Health Connect
Step 1: Access Health Connect Settings

Since Health Connect is not available as a standalone app, follow these steps to configure its settings:

  1. Open your phone’s Settings.

  2. Navigate to the Apps section.

  3. Locate and open Health Connect.

Step 2: Verify Nutrition Data Sync in Health Connect

  1. After connecting your third Party App to Health Connect, If you are adding any activity logs in that app, it should be reflected in 'Health Connect'. To view it, In the Health Connect app, tap on Data and Access.



  2. Click on See All Categories.


  3. From the list, select Nutrition.



  4. You will be redirected to the Nutrition Data Page.

  5. Tap on Nutrition again to see a list of apps connected to Health Connect for sharing nutrition data.


Step 3: View Nutrition Data Entries

  1. On the Nutrition Data Page, tap on See All Entries.


  2. Choose the appropriate date to view nutrition data entries recorded for that specific day.



Sync Health Connect into Wellness360

Step 1: Navigate to the Apps and Devices Section

  1. Open the Wellness360 app on your mobile device.

  2. Tap on the More option located at the bottom right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Apps and Devices from the menu.

Step 2: Enable Health Connect for Nutrition Data Sync

  1. In the Apps and Devices section, locate the Nutrition category.

  2. Toggle ON the Health Connect app to enable data synchronization.


  3. Make sure to 'Allow' all permission while connecting Wellness360 to Health Connect. Once enabled, Wellness360 can sync nutrition data from third-party apps like MyFitnessPal through Health Connect.


By following these steps, you can successfully sync and track your nutrition data within Health Connect and Wellness360, even when using third-party apps like MyFitnessPal via Health Connect.
