The wellness platform of Wellness360 supports many popular fitness devices and apps that the users can integrate with their user accounts, making it easy to log activities and keep a tag of performance and progress.
The web platform and the MyHealthPlus mobile app support all the devices and apps from the brands mentioned in the list below. Despite the many parameters recorded by these devices and apps, the platform only syncs the key data like step count, distance traveled, height, weight, sleep hours, blood pressure, calorie count, and blood glucose.

If you are a Fitbit, Withings, iHealth, Misfit, MyFitnessPal, or MapMyFitness app user, then the MyHealthPlus app or Wellness360 platform will sync the health and fitness data after every 6 hours. For example, if you sync your fitness device or app at 11 am, Wellness360 will receive the data, and it will show up on the app or platform at 5 pm.
If you are a Garmin user or an Apple Health, your health and fitness data will automatically update on the platform or app whenever your tracker is synced with Garmin Connect or Apple Health, respectively.
Samsung Health - Samsung Health has a mobile-based integration with MyHealthPlus app. If the user has connected their MyHealthPlus app or Wellness360 account with their Samsung Health app, it is mandatory to launch the MyHealthPlus app regularly on their smartphones. The activity data will not be synced between the apps if it is not launched frequently. Also, if the MyHealthPlus app is not launched regularly over a long period of time, the activity data may be lost as per Samsung Health's historical data guidelines.
How It Works?
Here is a quick brief on how your health and fitness data will be synced from your tracker device or app to the Wellness360 platform or MyHealthPlus mobile app.
We take the example of Fitbit here. However, the process works almost similarly to all the other tracking devices and apps.
Step 1 - Your Fitbit device syncs with your Fitbit app.
Step 2 - Your activity data is sent from the Fitbit app to the Fitbit system. The data might not sync properly if there are any network issues or if the app is down temporarily. However, as a user, you might not be aware of this issue since your updated data will still be visible on the app.
Step 3 - Wellness360 collects the data from the Fitbit system. So, if your data is sent correctly to the system from the app, we will collect your data. However, if there is any issue as mentioned in Step 2, we will not have any data to collect from the Fitbit system.
Step 4 - If all the above-mentioned steps 1 - 3 are working properly, your health and fitness data will sync automatically with the platform and the MyHealthPlus app.
