Users who are no longer associated with the wellness program or the company can be terminated from the program using the admin portal.
Terminate Employee from Admin Portal
1. Log into the admin portal.
2. Navigate to 'User Setup' from the left menu panel.
3. Click on 'Eligibility File' under the 'User Setup' option.
4. The entire list of registered and unregistered employees is displayed here.
5. There are 4 action icons across each user record -
Edit - to edit or make changes to user information
Delete - to delete user information
Email - to resend the registration email
Terminate - to terminate the employee
6. Click on the 'Terminate Employee' icon across the specific user record.7. A confirmation message will pop up for the termination action. Click on 'Terminate' to complete the action.
8. The employee will be terminated successfully from the wellness program and their information will be deleted.
