How to Reset Password from Admin Portal?

Password reset of the user wellness account can be allowed by the administrator via the admin portal. Users have to request the admin for access to reset the password of their wellness account.

Password Reset from Admin Portal

1. Log into the admin portal.

2. Navigate to 'User Setup' and click on 'Users'.

3. A list of all the registered users of the wellness program will be displayed on the Users page.

4. There are 3 action icons across each user record - 

• Edit - to edit and update user information

• Reset Password - to allow the employee to reset their password

• Terminate Employee - to terminate the employee from the wellness program

5. Click on the 'Reset Password' icon across the user record who requires access to it.

6. Click on 'Reset' on the pop-up window. The password will be sent to the registered email ID of the user.

7. The user can use this password to log into their user portal. They can change their password from the Profile > Settings > Password section of the user portal.
