Resetting a User’s Password

Resetting passwords promptly helps protect your organization’s data and keeps users productive. Follow this step‑by‑step guide to reset a user’s password from your Wellness360 Admin Portal.


  1. Navigate to the User Management Section

    • On the left side of the Admin Platform, click User Management.

    • Within User Management, open the Users page.

  2. Locate the User

    • A list of users (added via the eligibility file) appears.

    • Note: Reset Password is available only for users who are already registered on the platform.

  3. Initiate Password Reset

    • Find the user whose password needs resetting.

    • In that user’s row, go to the Actions column and click the three‑dot icon.

    • From the pop‑up menu, select Reset Password.

  4. Send the Reset Link

    • A pop‑up window prompts you to choose the email address where the reset link should be sent.

    • Because a user may have both a primary and secondary email, select the appropriate one.

    • Click the chosen email address, then click Send Email.

    • A password‑reset email is sent to the selected address.

  5. Completion Notification

    • A confirmation pop‑up appears in the top‑right corner, indicating the process was successful.

    • The user will receive an email with instructions to reset their password.
