Removing access promptly helps keep your data secure and your records compliant. Follow this step‑by‑step guide to terminate (deactivate) a user account from your Wellness360 Admin Portal.
Navigate to the User Management Section
On the left‑side menu, click User Management.
Within User Management, open the Users page.
Locate the User
A list of users (loaded from the eligibility file) is displayed.
You can terminate a user whether or not they are registered on the platform.
Initiate Termination
Find the user you wish to terminate.
In that user’s row, go to the Actions column and click the three‑dot icon.
From the pop‑up menu, choose Terminate (last option).
Confirm the Termination
A confirmation pop‑up appears.
Important: Once a user is terminated, this action cannot be undone.
Click Delete to finalize the termination.
Completion Notification
A confirmation pop‑up appears in the top‑right corner, indicating the process was successful.
The user’s status changes to Terminated.
By following these steps, you’ll ensure user accounts are deactivated correctly and securely whenever needed.
