Users can change their email address by going to the user portal or the Wellness360 mobile app.
From the user portal: Log in to your Wellness360 user account on the web browser.
1. On the home page, locate your 'user profile icon' in the top right corner. Click on the icon to reveal a drop-down menu. From the menu, select 'Settings'.
2. In the 'Settings' page, locate the 'Email' option under the 'Personal Information' section in the 'Personal details' tab.
From the Wellness360 mobile app: Log in to your Account on the Wellness360 mobile app.
1. Tap the 'More' option in the bottom right corner.
2. Click on ‘Settings’ from the pop-up menu.
3. Tap on the 'My Account' option from the settings menu.
4. Enter the new email ID in the ‘E-mail’ text box.
5. Click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page to update the information.
