How Can I Change My Email ID?

At times when users feel the need to change their email ID, they can do it from the user portal or the MyHealthPlus mobile app.

 

From the user portal:

1. Log into the user portal.

2. Navigate to ‘User Settings’ and click on ‘Settings.’

3. In the ‘Personal Details’ section, find the ‘E-mail’ option at the left under ‘Account Setting.’

4. Enter the new email ID in the ‘E-mail’ section.

5. Click the 'Update’ tab at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

 

From the MyHealthPlus mobile app:

1. Log into the MyHealthPlus mobile app.

2. Navigate to the ‘Settings’ section from the left menu panel.

3. Click on ‘My Account’.

4. Enter the new email ID in the ‘E-mail’ text box.

5. Click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page to update the information.
