How Can I Redeem My Rewards Points?

Reward points can be earned by the users upon completing the challenges, online courses, and other wellness activities. The wellness administrator defines a set number of points for the various activities of the wellness program, and users can earn them by completing the activities and logging the details on time.

The points can be redeemed only from the Wellness360 web platform and the MyHealthPlus mobile app.

Users can redeem the points from the Rewards Summary section of the dashboard or from the Points section of the menu bar.

Redeeming Reward Points from the Web Portal:

1. Log in to the Wellness360 web platform.

2. Find the ‘Rewards Summary’ section on the dashboard and click on ‘Redeem Now’.

Navigate to the Points section in the Menu bar. Click on 'Redeem Now' from the Program Rewards section.

3. You will be redirected to the eGift Cards page. A list of all the relevant eGift cards set by the program administrator will be displayed. Click on the one of your interest.

4. A confirmation pop-up will be displayed. Click on ‘Yes, I Agree’ to continue redeeming the points.

5. Once you Agree to redeem your points, your rewards points will be deducted and your order will be placed. you will receive a notification with a redemption code on the email address associated with the wellness platform account.

6. If you have not received the redemption code on your email account, contact the support team through an email with all the relevant details.

From the MyHealthPlus mobile app:

The Rewards can be redeemed from the MyHealthPlus mobile app by tapping on the 'Redeem' button in the Rewards section.

Tapping on 'Redeem' on the Rewards page will take you to the page with the eGift cards set by the program administrator. Click on the one of your interest and tap on the CTA.
