How to Track Gift Orders Placed

The Admin Portal provides multiple ways to track and review user redemption orders, whether they’re for Gift Cards or merchandise. By monitoring orders, you can stay informed about:

  • Which users redeemed rewards

  • The Order amount, date, and status

  • What reward items did they choose

Follow the Steps Below to track orders:

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal

    • Access your organization’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.
    • Enter your credentials and click Login.
  2. Navigate to Rewards

    • From the left-side menu, select Rewards, then Order History
    • Click on Gift Orders to open the Gift orders page.
    • You will see a list of all gifts ordered.
  3.  Manage Gift Orders

    • This page shows:

      • Order number of each Gift order

      • Name and Email of the user who placed the order

      • Type of Gift order: Tango Card

      • Amount: The number of items per order

      • You can adjust the date filters to see orders within a specific time frame by setting Start date, End date, and click on Apply.

    • Under the Actions tab, you can click on Send Email, to send details to the user on how to redeem this order, along with the order details.
