Reward Campaigns let you define how many points participants can earn and redeem for completing wellness activities. By setting up an Incentive Campaign, you decide:
- Start and End Dates
- Maximum points and redemption amounts
- Eligible activities and the points to be awarded
- Frequency of submissions and other reward rules
Participants can then accumulate points and redeem them before the campaign’s specified end date.

Follow the Steps Below to create a new Reward Campaign:
Log in to the Admin Portal
- Access your organization’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.
- Enter your credentials and click Login.
Navigate to Resources
- From the left-side menu, select Rewards, then Rewards Campaign.
- You will see a list of all Active, Upcoming and Completed campaigns, along with options to view, edit, delete them.
- From the left-side menu, select Rewards, then Rewards Campaign.
Create Campaign
- On the Incentive Campaigns page, click +Reward campaign at the top right.
Enter Campaign Details
A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to fill in:
- Campaign Name: Give a unique name to your campaign.
- Program Year: Specify the applicable year(s).
- Start & End Dates: Define the active dates for collecting and awarding points.
- Maximum Points: Set the overall maximum points users can earn.
- Set Timeframe to Redeem Points: On toggling this, you can set start date and end date. After this date, users cannot redeem accumulated points.
- Set Qualifying date for Annual exam: You can set start and end date for users to submit their physician's form or Biometrics.
- Activity log type: You can set whether users have to manually log their Activity log (Manual) or User's device can automatically sync the Activity log (Device Sync) or user can do (both) and click on Next
Configure how to earn points
- Wellness program: You can choose which wellness program to include in the campaign by toggling it.
- On clicking the cards, you can
- Define Maximum Points: Enter the number of points that Program is worth.
- Select the activities you want to include, configure that activity from the dropdown, choose frequency(Daily, Monthly, Quarterly) and how many points can be awarded to that activity.
- You can click on ADD to add another activity to the list.
- After completing the configuration, click on Save and click on Next.
Setup Levels
- The Rewards are categorized into different levels (Bronze, Silver, etc) according to their value. The users achieving the mentioned points will obtain the respective reward. The 3 dots under actions can be used to modify or delete each level
- Add level: Similar to the above levels, you can create your levels for users to achieve.
- On clicking +Add level, Enter Level Name (Similar to Bronze, Silver), Points for that particular level, a short description of the level (e.g., Earn 50 points to reach Bronze level)
- Also, select Reward type and Respective Amount for the level.
- The Reward type can be a Gift card, HSA contribution, Prize voucher, or even a Digital trophy that can be selected from our templates.
- Selecting Digital Trophy will provide you with multiple badges from which you can select one. You can also upload a Custom Trophy.
- You can also add a Custom reward if you need to. Click on Add to add it to the current levels.
Save the Campaign
- Double-check all the information you entered.
- Click Create to finalize your new reward campaign.
Preview and Edit
- On the Incentive Campaigns page, each campaign has icons to Modify, Delete, and Preview the campaign.
- Preview to check the campaign details.
- Modify to adjust campaign details. Please note that campaign details cannot be started once the campaign has started.
- Delete to permanently remove a campaign.
