Wellness360 integrates with Tango cards for Gift Card redemptions. As an admin, you can easily toggle Gift Cards on or off, depending on your company’s requirements. Before enabling gift cards, ensure you have registered a valid payment method and transferred funds into your account.
Follow the Steps Below to Enable or Disable Gift Cards:
Log in to the Admin Portal
- Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.
- Enter your credentials and click Login.
Navigate to Resources
- From the left-side menu, select Rewards, then Rewards Mall
- Click on Gift Cards to open the eGift Cards management page.
- You will see a list of all Gift cards.
- From the left-side menu, select Rewards, then Rewards Mall
Toggle Gift Cards On or Off
- For funding your account, you can check the instructions here.
- Use the toggle switch next to each card option:
- Enable (On): Makes that gift card available for users to redeem.
- Disable (Off): Removes it from the user-facing redemption options.
