How Can I Track My Reward Points?

Reward points can be earned by the users upon completing the challenges, online courses, and other wellness activities. The wellness administrator defines a set number of points for the various activities of the wellness program, and users can earn them by completing the activities and logging the details on time.

Users can track their Rewards Points and all its related details from the web platform or the MyHealthPlus app. 

From The Web Platform:

On the platform, users can track from the Points section of the menu bar. A brief of the Rewards Summary is also shown in the web platform dashboard.

1. Log in to the Wellness360 web platform using the correct credentials.

2. View a brief of the reward points and other details in the Rewards Summary section of the dashboard.

• Rewards redemption last date

• Points Earned

• Points to achieve the next level

• Amount Earned

• Redeemed Amount

• Available Amount

• The ‘Redeem Now’ CTA takes you to the eGift cards page and the ‘View Details’ CTA takes you to the Points page.

3. The same brief can also be viewed in the Points section from the Menu bar.

4. The ‘Redeem Now’ CTA takes you to the eGift cards page to redeem your points.

5. The ‘View Details’ CTA displays a pop-up with points earned history (activity, date, and points earned).

6. Clicking on ‘Order History’ will list out all your previous Reward orders.

6. You can track all your reward requests for the current period at the bottom of the Points page.

From The MyHealthPlus app:

On the app, users can track from the Points section of the menu bar or the Rewards section on the app dashboard.

1. Log in to the MyHealthPlus app using the correct Wellness360 credentials.

2. You can view a brief of your earned rewards points in the Rewards section on the app dashboard.

3. Tapping on ‘View More’ will give a glimpse of the Reward earning tips and Points details. 

4. The Points page can also be accessed on the app - 

• from the Menu bar at the top left

• From the mobile app dashboard in the Rewards section. Tapping on 'Details' will take you to the Rewards page.

5. You can view and track your reward points details on the Rewards page. Right from the Total earned points, redeemed points, earned and redeemed amount, to the activities, the allotted reward points, and badges, everything can be tracked on this page.

Tapping on 'View Details' will open a pop-up with the Point details of the specific activity.
