How Can Users Reset Their Wellness360 Account Password?

The password of the user wellness account can be changed by users from their user portal or can be reset by the program administrators from the admin portal.

Reset Password from User Portal:

1. Log into the user portal.


2. Click on 'User Settings' at the top right of the dashboard.


3. Choose 'Settings' from the dropdown.


4. Click on 'SECURITY'.


5. Enter your Current Password and the New Password.


6. Click on 'Update' to save the new password.



Reset Password from the Wellness360 mobile app:

1. Log into your Wellness360 mobile app.


2. Navigate to the bottom right and tap on 'More'.


3. Tap on 'Change Password' from 'Settings' drop down.


4. Enter the correct details of the Current Password and the New Password.


5. Click on 'Save Changes' to save the new password.
