The eligible users must register for the wellness program to be able to carry forward with their wellness journey. The program administrators will send a registration email to the registered email ID’’s of the eligible users. Users can complete their wellness program registration from the web portal or MyHealthPlus mobile app.

Register From the MyHealthPlus Mobile app:
1. Download the MyHealthPlus App from Google Playstore or Apple App Store.
2. For a new registration, click on Sign-Up.
3. Enter the basic information like name, date of birth, and Group key for verification.
4. Create your wellness account by entering the registered email ID, username, and password. Enable the 'Terms of Service' checkbox.
5. Enter the basic details like date of birth, gender, height, and weight. Choose the metrics from the dropdown.
6. Once the details are entered and saved, you will land on the dashboard of the MyHealthPlus mobile app.
7. Complete the onboarding activities, and get started with your wellness journey.
