The password of the user wellness account can be changed by users from their user portal or can be reset by the program administrators from the admin portal.

Reset Password from User Portal:
1. Log into the user portal.
2. Click on 'User Settings' at the top right of the dashboard.
3. Choose 'Settings' from the dropdown.
4. Click on 'Password'.
5. Enter the correct details of the Current Password and the New Password.
6. Click on 'Change Password' to save the new password.
Reset Password from the MyHealthPlus mobile app:
1. Log into your MyHealthPlus mobile app.
2. Navigate to the left menu panel and tap on 'Settings'.
3. Tap on 'Change Password'.
4. Enter the correct details of the Current Password and the New Password.
5. Click on 'Save Changes' to save the new password.
