I am unable to log into my Wellness 360 Account. What Should I Do?

There could be two key reasons why you are unable to log into your wellness account. 

 

Possibility 1 - Wrong credentials

1. Enter the correct login credentials for the username and password while logging into the web portal or the MyHealthPlus mobile app.

2. If you forgot your password, click on 'Forgot Username or Password' on the home page of the web portal or the MyHealthPlus mobile app.


From the Web Portal:

1. Open the web portal and click on 'Forgot Username or Password' on the home page.



2. Enter the registered email ID to receive a link to reset the password.


3. A link will be sent to this email ID. Click on the link in the email to create a new password for your wellness account.


From the MyHealthPlus mobile app:

1. Open the MyHealthPlus mobile app and click on 'Forgot Username or Password' on the home page.

2. Enter the registered email ID to receive a link to reset the password.



3. Click on the link in the email to create a new password for your wellness account.



Possibility 2 – Account Issues

If your wellness account has been deleted or terminated, you may not be able to log into your account.

 

Contact your program administrator if you are not able to log into your wellness account after trying the Forgot Password method.
