Creating a New Challenge for Multiple Companies at Once from the Admin portal.


This tutorial outlines the steps to create a new challenge as a system admin and assign it to one or more clients or companies.


Note: You will need to have System Admin privileges to perform the below steps:

Logging into the Admin Portal:


Step 1: Log into the admin portal.

Step 2: Input your system admin login credentials.


Navigating the Admin Portal:


Step 1: After logging in, you will land on the dashboard of the Admin portal.

Step 2: On the left side, find the Programs, and hover on top of it, now click on Challenges options.



Creating a New Challenge:


Step 1: Click on Start a new challenge and Custom Challenge to initiate a new challenge.



Step 2: Choose the category for the challenge. For this example, select a "Move" challenge for an individual.


Step 3: Name the challenge appropriately and define how to calculate steps in units.



Step 4: Select the unit of measurement, such as calories.



Step 5: Write a description of the challenge and click on Next.



Setting Challenge Parameters:


Step 1: Choose the start and end dates according to your preferences.



Step 2: Set the goal for the challenge, for example, 3 miles.



Assigning the Challenge:


Step 1: Click on the Company drop-down and her can select multiple companies to which you want to assign the challenge.



Step 2: Continue by clicking Next.



Step 3: Click on Create Challenge to complete the process.
