Manage your challenges

After creating a challenge, you can find it under Active Challenges or Upcoming Challenges based on its start date. Three key actions, Preview, Modify, and Delete are accessible from the challenge’s menu. 

Follow the steps below to manage your challenges in the Wellness360 Admin Portal.

1. Log in to the Admin Portal

• Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.

• Enter your credentials and click Login.

2. Access the Challenges Section

• From the left menu, select Programs, then Challenges.

• Identify the challenge under Active or Upcoming.

• Click the 3 dots next to the challenge.

3. Preview Challenge

• Overview Tab: View all challenge details (start/end dates, goals, enrollment type, etc.).

• Manage Participants:

  • Add Participant: Click Add participant, search by name, and click Add. Participants appear in the Manage Participants list.

• Remove Participant: From Manage Participants, click the 3 dots beside a user and select Remove. Confirm in the pop-up.

• Team Challenge Management: For team challenges, go to Manage Team to create, modify, or delete teams, and add or switch participants.

• Discussion Forum: Review participant interactions, moderate discussions, and post admin updates for all participants.
  
  

4. Modify Challenge

• Click Modify to open the slider with current challenge details (title, description, points, prize, etc.).

• Update challenge mode, goals, or any other field as needed.

• Click Update to save changes, which will reflect in the Preview and Manage view.
  
  

5. Delete Challenge

• Click Delete to open the confirmation pop-up.

• Click Delete again to permanently remove the challenge.

• Note: This action is irreversible. Proceed with caution.
