How to Manually Log Steps from the Challenge Section on Wellness360

If you're participating in a step challenge on Wellness360, you can log your steps directly through the Challenges section. Follow the instructions below to manually add your steps.


Note: Manual logging of steps or activity is only available in challenges that are configured with "Allow Manual Log" enabled in the Admin portal.


Step 1: Navigate to the Challenges Section

  1. From the Wellness360 dashboard, go to the top menu.

  2. Click on Social, then select Challenges from the dropdown menu.


  3. From the list of challenges, select the specific challenge for which you want to manually log your steps.

Step 2: Access the Activity Log

  1. Once you've accessed the specific challenge, look for the LOG ACTIVITY button on the top right section of the page, near the Challenge Performance chart.



  2. Click on the LOG ACTIVITY button to open the activity logging popup.

Step 3: Select Step Logging Option

  1. A popup will appear allowing you to choose your activity type.

  2. Below the Search activity bar, you will see four icons representing commonly logged activities:
    • Walking

    • Running

    • Swimming

    • Steps

  3. Clicking on any of the first three icons will allow you to enter the duration (in minutes) for the selected activity. Clicking on the Steps (footprints) icon will allow you to manually enter the step count for the specific date.

Step 4: Enter Step Details (for Move type Challenge)

  1. Enter the date for which you want to log steps.

  2. Input the number of steps taken.



  3. Click on SAVE LOG to record your activity.


Step 5: View Logged Steps


Your steps will now appear under the Challenge Performance chart for the selected date, confirming successful logging.
