1. Log into your MyHealthPlus app and navigate to the Health section from the bottom menu and tap on 'Courses'.
MyHealthPlus app > Health > Online Courses
2. Choose from the different courses and click on 'Go To Courses'.
3. Click on 'Start Course' to begin the online course.
You can now access your online courses and manage it from your mobile MyHealthPlus app.
