How to Manually Add Activity Data via the Exercise Tracker on the Wellness360 Web Platform?

Modified on Wed, May 7 at 7:28 PM

Wellness360 supports employees to manually log their activity data, who don’t use a tracking device or app, or whose devices/apps aren’t compatible. For accurate tracking, please ensure that your data is entered correctly and consistently. Logging your activity once a day is recommended to maintain accurate stats throughout your challenges. The data can be added on the web platform or the Mobile app.

To learn how to add Activity data manually on the Wellness360 Mobile app, Click here.

Steps to follow for manual activity data entry to the wellness platform:

1. Log in to the Wellness360 wellness platform.

2. On the home page, click the More tab and select Exercise Tracker from the drop-down menu to access the Activity Log page.

3. Choose the date for which the activity data has to be entered. By default, the current day’s date will be displayed.

4. Click on the Search Bar to type in your desired activity, or Use the drop-down option to search the activity for which you want to enter the data.

5. Enter the duration in minutes and click on Save Log to save it for that specific activity.

6. Below the Search activity bar, you will see four icons representing commonly logged activities:

  • Walking

  • Running

  • Swimming

  • Steps

7. Clicking on any of the first three icons will allow you to enter the duration (in minutes) for the selected activity. Clicking on the Steps icon will allow you to manually enter the step count for the specific date.

8. After entering the details, click on Save Log to save the activity.

Note: If you want to make any changes to the added activity record, delete the existing activity record from the Exercise Tracker page, and add a new record with the correct activity details.
