How Can I Track My Activity Log?

Users can track their Physical Activity log from the Wellness360 web platform or the Wellness360 app. From the Exercise Page, you can track your calories consumed, calories remaining, and complete nutritional breakdown.

 

You can enter your exercise and activity log manually or sync your account with a tracking device or app.

From the Wellness360 web platform:

 

1. Login using the correct Wellness360 account credentials.


2. Please click on the 'More' icon and select 'Exercise Tracker' from the ensuing dropdown menu.


3. The Exercise page is divided into 2 major sections – 


  • To log the exercise or activity data


  • To track the daily activity estimates.


4. After adding your exercise log details, the activity breakdown can be viewed in the Daily Totals and Logged Activity sections.


5. You can also view your other activity log details, like – Daily Steps and Daily Calories to burn for the day.


6. The Sleep section gives a graphical representation of the active sleep minutes for the past 14 days


7. The Activity Stats section gives a graphical representation of the Active Minutes, Step Count, Calories, and Distance Traveled over the past 14 days.


8. The same activity log details for the day can also be viewed in the Activity Summary section on the dashboard.


From the Wellness360 mobile app:


1. Log in to the Wellness360 mobile app using your credentials.


2. Please tap the "More" option located in the bottom right corner of the screen.


3.  Click on ‘Exercise Tracker' from the pop-up menu.


3. Use the 'Search bar' to type your activity to log. 


4. Add all the relevant details for the logged activity and click on 'Save'.


5. You can view the Step Count, Calories, Active Minutes, and Distance Traveled for each activity log.


6. The same activity log details for the day can be viewed on the mobile app dashboard under 'Activity Summary'.


7. You can view your Activity data and your rankings accordingly in the Leaderboard section of the Menu too.
