How to Upload Proof for Activities from the Web Portal?

A few wellness activities of the program may require employees to submit 'Proof of Completion' to mark the activity as complete. Please follow the steps below to upload proof for your Wellness activities:


Uploading Proof on a Computer

1. Take a high-resolution picture or screenshot of the document proof of the wellness activity. If you prefer to upload the proof from your computer (instead of your mobile), email the photo to yourself and download it from your email onto your computer. 


2. Navigate to the Wellness Activities page in the Health section and Locate the relevant activity. If your activity needs proof to be uploaded, it will be mentioned Proof Required within the specific Activity section.




3. Now, Click on Update Status your specific activity.



4. In the pop-up window that’ll appear, Click on the Upload Proof icon. 



5. Then, you can either:

  • Click on Select and upload the proof from your computer. (or)

  • Scan the QR (which is unique for each user & activity) and Upload it directly from your mobile. 




6. After uploading the document, click Submit to update the status of your activity. 



7. You will receive a confirmation message at the top right. The message indicates your document proof was successfully submitted. 




8. Your documents and points will be verified soon. It may take 7 - 10 working days for the uploaded proof to be processed.
