What is a Company Challenge?

Wellness challenges are a vital and integral part of the Wellness360 wellness program. It can be broadly classified as User Challenges or Admin Challenges.

 

Admin Challenges - These wellness challenges are created by the program administrator. It allows enrollment and participation of employees across the entire company, specific locations, or specific teams. The company may or may not allow the participation of spouses or dependents in the challenge.

 

Since it is created by the program administrator for the eligible company employees, these challenges are qualified for reward points and prizes, if the company enables the option.

 

Enrollment for Admin challenges can be done from the Web portal or the Wellness360 mobile app.

 

From the web portal:

1. Log into the web portal.

2. Navigate to the Challenges page in the Social section.



3. The new challenges will be available in the Upcoming section of the Challenges page. Click on the Enroll button to enroll for the challenge. 



From the Wellness360 mobile app:

1. Log into the Wellness360 mobile app.

2. Similar to the Web portal, Navigate to the Challenges page in the Social section. The new challenges will be available in the Upcoming section of the Challenges page. Click on the Enroll button to enroll for the challenge.


Employees can complete the challenges, earn the points, and redeem them. Know more about Redeeming Points.
