What is a Company Challenge?

Wellness challenges are a vital and integral part of the Wellness360 wellness program. It can be broadly classified as Personal Challenges or Company Challenges.

Company Challenges - These wellness challenges are created by the program administrator. It allows enrollment and participation of employees across the entire company, specific locations, or specific teams.

The company may or may not allow the participation of spouses or dependents in the challenge.

Since it is created by the program administrator for the eligible company employees, these challenges are qualified for reward points and prizes, if the company enables the option.

The program administrator creates the challenge from the admin portal and sends invitations to eligible employees. Enrollment for company challenges can be done from the web portal or the MyHealthPlus mobile app.

From the web portal:

1. Log into the web portal.

2. Find the new company challenge notification in the 'Challenge Invitation' section at the top right of the dashboard.

3. It can also be viewed in the 'Upcoming Challenges' section of the Challenges page.

4. The challenge notification can be found in the Challenges section of the dashboard.

5. Click on the 'Preview' button to view the challenge details.

6. Click on the 'Enroll' button to enroll for the challenge. 

7. Once you have enrolled for the challenge, you can quit an ongoing challenge if you wish to and rejoin later. Know more about it.

From the MyHealthPlus mobile app:

1. Log into the MyHealthPlus mobile app.

2. Click on the ‘bell icon’ at the top right of the dashboard to find the new company challenge notification.

3. The challenge notification can be found in the Challenges section of the dashboard. 

4. It can also be viewed in the 'Upcoming Challenges' section of the Challenges page.

5. Click on the 'Enroll' button to enroll for the challenge.

Employees can complete the challenges, earn the points, and redeem them. Know more about Redeeming Points.
