How Can I Schedule An Appointment With A Health Coach?

To make sure our users get personalized attention and advice from health experts, Wellness360 offers the coaching program. The Health Professionals in our program will review your health and wellness details, help you plan your wellness goals, and guide you throughout the wellness journey. You can schedule an appointment with a health coach of your choice, and have a one-on-one discussion about your health and wellness concerns.

Note: To have access to the Health Professionals section and Coaching programs, make sure your program administrator has enabled the module for your wellness program.

You can access the Health Professionals in 3 ways from the web portal.

1. Health Professionals tab from top Toolbar

You can access the Health Professionals list by clicking on the icon at the top toolbar of the dashboard, beside the User Settings tab.  You can choose the health coach of your choice to be redirected to the Health Expert page with the coach details. You can leave a message for the coach with your queries. Your coach will respond back from their coach portal.

2.  My Health Professionals Team

The ‘My Health Professionals Team’ section in the dashboard has 2 options for – 

• Ask Question – Clicking on this tab will take you to the Health Expert page where you can leave a message for the coach.

• Book Appointment – Clicking on this tab will take you to the Coach Availability page to check the booked and available dates to schedule an appointment.

3. Health Professionals in Health section
Navigate to the Health section on the side menu bar to find Health Professionals. The page will list all the coaches of the wellness programs. 

Each health coach record has 3 tab options – 

• Ask Question – Redirects you to the Health Expert page where you can leave a message for the coach.

• Appointment - Redirects you to the Coach Availability page to check the booked and available dates to schedule an appointment.

• Document – To view the documents assigned by the wellness coach.

From the MyHealthPlus mobile app:

1. Navigate the Menu bar to find Health Professionals.

2. The page will display the list of different health coaches and their details. Tap on 'Book Slot' to book an appointment. 

3. Choose the date of appointment and a suitable time slot. Tap on ' Book Appointment' at the bottom to confirm the booking.

4. The booked appointment details can be viewed by tapping on 'View Booked Appointment'. The 'Start Chat' tab can be used to send a message or to chat with the coach.
