How to Sync Google Fit With Health Connect.

Modified on Wed, Jun 18 at 5:12 PM

Google Fit is a health and fitness tracking app available on Android devices. It records your steps, workouts, heart rate, and other health metrics to help you stay on top of your wellness goals. However, to sync this data with Wellness360, we use Health Connect, a secure platform by Google that enables different health and fitness apps to share information with each other.

By connecting Google Fit to Health Connect, and then to Wellness360, your activity data will sync automatically, ensuring accurate tracking and a more personalized wellness experience.

Please follow the instructions given below:

  • Open Google Fit on your mobile.

  • Please find the Sync Fit with Health Connect on the dashboard and click on Get Started as seen below:

  • A new window appears with How it Works and Set up options, please click on the Set up icon.

  • Now Allow Fit to access Health Connect by clicking on Allow All and Allow.

  • By completing the above steps the sync between Google Fit and Health Connect is successful.

To complete the setup and ensure your data flows correctly into Wellness360, please follow the steps in the article - "How to Connect Health Connect with Wellness360". This will enable seamless syncing of your health data (Google Fit → Health Connect → Wellness360) and help you get the most out of your wellness journey on the platform.
