Administrators can update the status of users’ wellness activities in bulk, simplifying management when multiple users have completed an activity.
Follow the steps below to update users’ activity status in the Wellness360 Admin Portal.

1. Log in to the Admin Portal
Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.
Enter your credentials and click Login.
2. Access the Activities Section
From the left menu, select Programs, then Activities.
3. Update Status of the Activity
Select the Category for the relevant activity.
Click the 3 dots under Action for that activity and choose Preview.
Click Update Status.
You can download the template by clicking on Download CSV Template.
4. Fill in the Spreadsheet
Open the downloaded file.
For each user, enter:
Employee ID / Email
Activity Status (
COMPLETED
orNOT COMPLETED
)Date of Completion (
MM/DD/YYYY
)
Here, you can use either Employee ID or Email, both are not required.
Save the file after filling in all required details.
5. Upload the Spreadsheet
Return to the Activities page, select the 3 dots under Action for the chosen activity, then click Preview again.
Click Update Status and then Choose File to upload your completed spreadsheet.
Click Save to apply the bulk status updates.
6. Verification
- After saving, wait for a confirmation pop-up in the top-right corner of your screen. Once it appears, close the Preview window and click on Preview again to see the updated Approval Status.
- For further verification, You can also go to the Activity Requests section and search for the users listed in the spreadsheet. You'll see that their activity statuses have been updated.
