Administrators can review user submissions (e.g., proof of a flu shot) and approve or deny them. Follow the steps below to take action on Activity Requests in the Wellness360 Admin Portal.
1. Log in to the Admin Portal
Access your company’s Wellness360 Admin Portal.
Enter your credentials and click Login.
2. Access Activity Requests
From the left menu, select Programs, then Activities, then Activity Requests.
All user submissions for various activities are listed here.
3. Review Activity Requests
Each request displays User Name, Activity Name, Type, Approval Status, Completed On, and Action.
Type can be REQUIRED (mandatory to complete) or OPTIONAL (non-mandatory).
To approve or deny, click the 3 dots under Actions, then Update.
4. Approve or Deny Submissions
Preview: View the user’s uploaded document before deciding.
Approval:
If valid, add a reason for approval and click APPROVE. Points (if applicable) are automatically awarded.
If invalid, add a reason for rejection and click REJECT. The user must resubmit the correct proof.
5. Automatic Approval
For activities set to Honor with Auto Approval, users automatically appear as Approved once they mark the activity complete.
