Managing your organization's administrators effectively ensures smooth operations and streamlined access control. Wellness360 provides an easy-to-use interface to add and manage admins, allowing you to control roles, permissions, and security settings effortlessly.
Follow the steps below to add new admins and manage existing ones.
Adding a New Admin
Navigate to the Settings section in the Wellness360 platform.
Select the Admin page from the available list.
Click on the Add Admin button to initiate the process.
A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the necessary details for the new admin.
You can either enter a Password manually or Toggle On the Auto-Generate Password feature if you prefer a secure, system-generated password.
After entering all required information, click Add Admin to complete the process.
Managing Existing Admins
On the Admin page, locate the admin you wish to manage.
Under the Action column, click on the three horizontal dots next to the specific admin.
A small pop-up menu will appear, displaying a list of available management actions:
Modify Admin Data
Click on the Modify option. A small pop-up window will appear, where the admin can make changes to the specific admin's First and Last name, Username, and Email.
After the modification is done, click on Save.
Manage Roles and Permissions
Adjust access levels and permissions according to organizational needs.
Deactivate
Click on the Deactivate option. A small pop-up will appear asking for confirmation to proceed with the process.
Once you click on Deactivate again in the pop-up, the status of the specific admin will change from 'ACTIVE' to 'INACTIVE'.
Reset Password
Enter a new password for the admin in case of security concerns.
By following these steps, you can efficiently add and manage admins within your organization, ensuring proper access control and streamlined operations.
